After July 9, 2026, any unused rooms in the block are released for general sale. Reservations may still be made subject to hotel availability, but the group rate can no longer be guaranteed.
How to Book
Reservations are made individually, and each guest is responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. To receive the group rate, book using the link below or call the hotel directly at 608-251-9588 (dial 0 for the front desk) and reference the IFDS Expo Room Block or group code 90V.
- Please indicate the correct number of occupants so the appropriate rate is applied.
- An additional guest fee of $10 per person, per night applies for occupants beyond the number included in the reservation (covers breakfast for those additional guests).
- No deposit is required at booking. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
Getting to the Venue
The Expo takes place in the 7th-Floor Conference Room of Morgridge Hall, University of Wisconsin–Madison. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the conference venue. Details on transit between the hotel and the venue will be posted closer to the event.
